Separation
Staring deep into the night sky, I pondered.
I regretted.
Cried.
Shouting out my anguish,
Drowning myself in sorrow, I wondered.
Why?
Why did it end?
Over before it even begun.
Am I a failure?
I pondered.
Hopeless tears, hopeless dreams, I smile not.
Shattered love, a broken heart, I laugh not.
Why?

A curse or a blessing?
